1. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Personalized products, including custom-made stencils, may require additional processing time. The specific processing time is indicated at the time of order or communicated by email.
A shipping confirmation email containing tracking information is sent as soon as the order is handed over to the carrier.
2. Shipping Methods
At the time of ordering, the Customer may choose between standard delivery without tracking and tracked delivery, which is offered at a different rate. The available options, together with their respective fees, are indicated before the final confirmation of the order.
The estimated delivery times are as follows:
- France: 2 to 4 business days after dispatch
- European Union: 4 to 7 business days after dispatch
- International: 6 to 15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country.
These delivery times are provided for information purposes only and may vary depending on the delivery method chosen, the carrier, the destination, and exceptional circumstances.
When the Customer selects tracked delivery, a tracking number is sent by email as soon as the order is dispatched.
3. Shipping Costs
The shipping costs applicable to the order are indicated to the Customer before the final confirmation of the order. Their amount varies depending on the destination, the carrier chosen, and the selected delivery method.
4. Delivery Delays, Loss, or Damage
In accordance with Article L216-4 of the French Consumer Code, the risk of loss or damage to the product is transferred to the customer only upon actual receipt of the package.
In the event of a delivery delay, lost package, or damaged product:

the customer is invited to contact customer service at contact@alifon.com,

an investigation will be initiated with the carrier,

an appropriate solution will be offered (reshipment or refund), in accordance with applicable law.
Alifon cannot be held liable for delays caused by exceptional circumstances or events beyond its control (such as strikes, weather conditions, logistical disruptions, etc.), without prejudice to the consumer’s statutory rights.
5. Delivery Address
The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the delivery information provided when placing the order.
In the event of an error or omission that makes delivery impossible, reshipping costs may be charged to the customer.
6. Packaging
All products are carefully packaged to ensure adequate protection during transport.
Customers are encouraged to inspect the package upon receipt and report any issues as soon as possible.
