Alifon operates this website and online store in order to offer decorative products (hereinafter the âProductsâ) for sale to consumers located in France and the European Union (hereinafter the âServicesâ).
These General Terms of Use (hereinafter the âTermsâ) define the conditions of access to and use of the website, as well as the rights and obligations of users.
By accessing, browsing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and fully accept these Terms.
If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the website.
SECTION 1 â ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE AND USER ACCOUNT
Access to the website is reserved for persons who have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under applicable law.
Use of the website is permitted to adults or to minors under the responsibility of a legal guardian.
When creating an account or placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out through your account.
Any transfer, sale, or provision of your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
SECTION 2 â PRODUCTS
The Products offered are described and presented as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations may occur, in particular due to screen display settings.
Photographs and visuals are provided for illustrative purposes only and have no contractual value.
Alifon reserves the right to modify or withdraw any Product from sale at any time, without any obligation to update information for orders already placed.
SECTION 3 â ORDERS
Any order placed on the website constitutes an offer to purchase.
The order is deemed accepted only after express confirmation by email.
Alifon reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including in particular:

an obvious pricing error,

suspected fraud or non-payment.
In the event of cancellation, the customer will be fully refunded.
The Products are intended for personal use only and not for resale.
SECTION 4 â PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are indicated in euros (âŹ), all taxes included (VAT included), excluding delivery costs, which are specified before order validation.
Alifon reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.
The customer agrees to provide accurate payment information and authorizes Alifon to charge the selected payment method.
SECTION 5 â DELIVERY AND TRANSFER OF RISK
Products are delivered to the address provided at the time of the order.
Delivery times are indicative only.
In the event of a significant delay, the customer will be informed.
In accordance with Article L216-4 of the French Consumer Code, the risk of loss or damage to the Products is transferred to the customer only upon actual delivery of the Products to the customer or to a third party designated by them.
SECTION 6 â RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the Product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.

Personalized or custom-made Products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
SECTION 7 â LEGAL WARRANTIES
The Products benefit from:

the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code),

the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes these statutory warranties.
SECTION 8 â INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the website (texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, structure, etc.) is protected by French, European, and international intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, representation, or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization from Alifon is strictly prohibited.
SECTION 9 â LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES
The website may contain links to third-party websites.
Alifon exercises no control over these websites and accepts no responsibility for their content or operation.
SECTION 10 â PERSONAL DATA
Personal data collected is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Privacy Policy available on the website.
The customer has, in particular, the right to access, rectify, erase, and object to the processing of their personal data.
SECTION 11 â LIABILITY
Alifon shall not be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the Products or use not in accordance with their intended purpose.
Alifon shall not be held liable in cases of force majeure or events beyond its control.
SECTION 12 â MODIFICATION OF THE TERMS
Alifon reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
The applicable Terms are those in force at the time of website use or order placement.
SECTION 13 â APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the consumer may:

refer the matter to the competent court of their place of residence, or

have free recourse to a consumer mediation service in accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
