Refund policy


1. Commercial Return Policy (30 Days)

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 30-day commercial return policy, excluding personalized products.

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be in the same condition as when received,

  • not have been used,

  • be returned in its original packaging,

  • be accompanied by proof of purchase.


2. Return Procedure

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of our error or a defective product.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@alifon.com.

In accordance with Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, return shipping costs and replacement or refund costs will be fully covered by Alifon.


4. Non-Returnable Items

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products, including stencils made according to customer specifications.

However, in the event of a defect or an error attributable to Alifon, an exchange or refund will of course be offered.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The simplest way to receive a different item is to:

  • return the original item, then

  • place a new order once the return has been approved.


6. Statutory Right of Withdrawal – European Union (14 Days)

In accordance with European consumer law, you have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date you receive your order, without having to provide a reason, except for personalized products.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision by email at:

Returned items must be:

  • unused,

  • in their original condition,

  • returned with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by law.


7. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • the refund will be issued to the original payment method,

  • within a maximum period of 14 days, in accordance with the law,

  • this period may be extended until the returned item is actually received.

Bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
