1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the âGTCSâ) govern all sales concluded via the Alifon website accessible at alifon.com, operated by:

Any order placed on the website implies the customerâs full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are interior decoration items, including in particular stencils, posters, and similar products.
Each product is accompanied by a detailed description enabling the customer to be informed of its essential characteristics, in accordance with Article L111-1 of the French Consumer Code.
Photographs and visuals are provided for illustrative purposes only and have no contractual value.
Alifon reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any product from sale at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.
3. Availability
Product offers are valid as long as they are displayed on the website and subject to stock availability.
In the event of unavailability after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and fully refunded for the amounts paid.
4. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (âŹ), all taxes included (VAT included).
Alifon reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
However, the price charged shall be the one in force at the time the order is confirmed.
5. Orders
Orders are placed exclusively online via the website.
Any order constitutes a binding offer to purchase.
The sale is deemed concluded only after order confirmation by email.
Alifon reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, including in particular:

failure to make payment,

an obvious pricing error,

suspected fraud.
6. Payment
Payment is due immediately at the time of order.
Accepted payment methods are those offered on the website (credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.).
Payments are secured via the Shopify platform.
Alifon does not store any banking data.
7. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.
Delivery times are provided for information purposes only and may vary depending on the destination and carrier.
In accordance with Article L216-4 of the French Consumer Code, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer only upon actual delivery of the product.
8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.
The product must be returned:

unused,
-
in perfect condition,
-
in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the returned product.
Exceptions
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, personalized or custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
9. Legal Warranties
All products benefit from:

the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the French Consumer Code),
-
the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).
These warranties apply independently of any commercial warranty.
10. Liability
Alifon shall not be held liable for damage resulting from:

improper use of the products,
-
use not in accordance with their intended purpose,

actions attributable to the customer or a third party.
Alifonâs liability shall not be engaged in cases of force majeure.
11. Intellectual Property
All elements present on the website (texts, images, graphics, logos, designs, etc.) are protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction or use without the prior written authorization of Alifon is strictly prohibited.
12. Personal Data
The personal data collected is necessary for order processing and customer relationship management.
Data processing is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The customer has the right to access, rectify, object to, and delete their data by contacting:

13. Applicable Law and Disputes
These GTCS are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact Alifon in order to seek an amicable solution.
In accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer may also have free recourse to a consumer mediation service.
Failing amicable resolution, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts of the consumerâs place of residence.
